Who we are

Orbion Health, Inc. (“Orbion”, “we”, “us”) operates the marketing site at orbionhealth.com. For privacy questions, contact us at legal@orbionhealth.com.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to information collected through the public marketing site at orbionhealth.com. It does not cover the Orbion denial management platform itself, which is governed by a separate customer agreement and Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and has its own data handling commitments.

Information we collect

We only collect what you give us through the demo request form:

• Name
• Work email
• Organization
• Role
• Phone number (optional)
• Anything you write in the message field (optional)

Our hosting provider also records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request time) to keep the site running and protect against abuse.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to schedule your demo, prepare a walkthrough relevant to your team, and follow up about your request. We will not add you to a marketing list or share your contact information with third parties for their own marketing.

How it’s transmitted and stored

Demo requests are relayed as email through Azure Communication Services, a Microsoft service we use as a subprocessor. The marketing site itself does not maintain a database of submissions; the form contents reach our internal inbox and our team handles them from there.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Only the functional requests required to render pages and submit the form are made.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. The only third party that processes your submission is Microsoft Azure, strictly to deliver the email notification to our team.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any information you submitted by emailing legal@orbionhealth.com. If you are in a jurisdiction with applicable privacy laws (such as the GDPR or CCPA), you may have additional rights, including the right to object to processing or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We will honor those rights to the extent they apply.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over TLS. Orbion maintains a HIPAA-aligned compliance posture and SOC 2 Type II controls for the production platform; those certifications cover the Orbion product and its infrastructure rather than this marketing site.

Children

This site is intended for healthcare professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of the page.
